You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. This is only possible if the products are returned unopened, undamaged and completely in their original state.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you take physical possession of the order (the items).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform JA!Company of the decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement in writing by post or by e-mail. You can use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose:

To comply with the withdrawal period, you must notify me of your return by e-mail or post before the withdrawal period has expired. Packaging that has been opened/damaged and/or has had its seal broken cannot be returned. Items can only be returned if they are undamaged and unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and with all seals broken.

Personalised items or custom-made items cannot be returned.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

JA!Company will refund you the exact same amount, as the amount of the original transaction, using the chosen payment method you used to place your order. No extra costs will be charged for this.
